I suspect that they will be arguing that releasing half-yearly is also prejudicial to the capital raising....what a farce...how does ASX allow this shitshow...like going to buy a grocery item and being told that the shop will not disclose the ingredients list to you until you actually buy it. Con artists. We all know why they have not released it....because it would show fraud.
