The stock will trade as if it needs a placement even though its in a binding agreement. It all changes when the money turns up. As previously mentioned, i think milestones around that funding hitting the market will be helpful. I see those things rolling out with the short term as a general rule of thumb. The only change to the upside could come from a sexy new discovery at Paulsens. That is always a positive. Some will sell into a stronger gold price. Bit frustrating as the stock would be much higher if the money was here today. The benefit is that the numbers are improving on all fronts. I think if you told the market that the $65m was coming from an alternative place, and wont turn up until next year, the stock would be higher. Some just want to feel safer, and i get that. The Chinese have been smart to do this deal. On completion, It means a lot to all of us over time, as the money was needed if they want to see production next year. The 40% China dilution has had an obvious effect on some, but they will be replaced on the register over time. Its happening now. Some funds will see it as an advantage via a discount when the money turns up. dyor
