The DOW hit new highs - KFM stayed flat
Copper hit new highs - KFM stayed flat
It should be responding to moves in both, especially when you see the DOW and Cu pushing new highs.
This is more a matter of when not if. For now I'm going to accumulate as many as I can whilst it's still not on people's horizons.
