Lets look at the action on the chart, On Balance Volume OBV went up with rising price, then on the 1st of the 10th there was a big dump from open on increased volume. Since then OBV has been drifting down with the price, OBV is an accumulation / distribution indicator seems to be showing distribution from the dump day to me. Looks like it was pumped probably for the cr and now just managing to stay afloat with all the ramps in here.
Just my opinion, maybe a stellar ann will appear out of the woodwork and turn things, but could be wishful thinking at the same time.
