The same thing happened with DYL and VMY during the merger
what these idiots fail to realise is that merging is the best thing for shareholders (in the case of DYL and VMY), the same is no different with DYL and BOE. JB essentially wouldn't have a choice it all comes down to voting at the end of the day.
obviously it wouldn't be good for everyone but that's life. i hold both because they are both very attractive.
