I think the delay is also due to our cash balance and the current U spot price still not being above $70. A DFS is very costly to produce. I'm sure JB will want to raise $$ at a higher SP before they commence the study.
I also think there has been some surprises with Mulga Rock with regards to the strip ratios. JB has mentioned even though the grade is better than Tumas the economics will work out similar. I'm sure CAPEX and OPEX will be higher than expected so he'll want $70/75+ before he hits the go button. As outlined today there is no certainties that the critical minerals will be feasible to mine.
