Burner, Yes that is manipulation but just because it is a crossed trade does not mean it is going from the left hand to the right hand, to do this you have to use different brokers, as brokers cannot do a crossed trade if there is no change in, beneficial ownership.
Once I accidentally purchased stock from my son , I didn't know he had a sell order in the screen, Westpac picked it up and cancelled the trade.
