I agree still a good value proposition. It's the same standoff repeating itself. I bet there are a few who wouldn't budge from their .008 bid for an .009 offer who got caught on on the latest announcement. The same thing will happen again on any substantial news.
I kept my last bid at .008 for days and eventually it got filled on 24 April. It hung around that price (on very low volume) for days on end, basically until the announcement on 7 May. I'll bet there were a few who kicked themselves for not upping their bid to .009. Anyway, if we had a crystal ball.....
