Alkane has a high capex project with modest returns which has been hanging around for years. Government financial support remains contingent on due diligence etc. or so the text reads. It seems that they have simply convinced the government to have a look.
That you sold ASM for $12 + is a matter only of timing. ASM is now trading for less than it traded on its first day.
