Your comment implies that this company does not disclose material information/results to the market. I'm really hoping this is not the case otherwise they may be hearing from ASIC in the not too distant future.
If they found anything of note in the past 3 months, they would be announcing it as fast they could - this would then be promptly followed up by yet another cash call. This is the way. Perhaps it's time for management to move on?
