Karratha is semi desert. The average annual rainfall is less than 300mm with most occurring from January to March. It’s very unlikely rainfall would ever disrupt drilling other than if a cyclone came close. Labour force, port, Sealed highways, power and water all close at hand make drilling much easier than almost anywhere. We just need to drill and see what’s below the cover.
