I don’t know what your argument is here. Boomer Hill is far from average - it hosts a historical vanadium resource and has never been assayed for PGM.
the **bro and titaniferous magnetite horizon outcrops there - it’s not completely under cover. It’s a plausible explanation for the gravity highs in the north.
the layered intrusion at Julimar (Which is part of the Coates layered intrusion) is not a new discovery. The decision to assay for PGM found PGM - this had not been assayed for in previous Driliing by Creasy near the Gonneville discovery nor had the drilling at Boomer Hill by CRA been assayed for PGM. That part of the exploration is new.
the presence of titanomagnetite layers in an intrusion of this age (>3Ga) only adds to possibilities including Stella-style platinoid mineralisation in the titanomag horizon.
