The prob looks to be gridcomm and odn thought they could get away with it.. turns out they couldn't and now when u have 2 greedy parties trying to negotiate it doesn't work.. they need to figure out what will work between them and in line with investor feedback... I guarantee you they will not like the answer!!... I feel they are delaying on purpose to try and get some deals across the line.... so boost the p&l... only things that makes sense..
