If you were holding shares on the record date of 1st Oct & believe you should have received this
you should actually contact the Share Registry who looks after WHN correspondence - in this case
it is Link Market Services on 1800 250297 - you need to quote or type in your HIN number.
Our mail goes to a PO Box a few hours away from where we're housesitting so I always ring the relevant share registry of whatever company is capital raising & they email you the form relating to your own personal entitlement. The Prospectus is always available online to read so I never need to request another.
I have been emailed my form but mulling over it & still undecided though good to see an update?
