They have essentially given 1% of the business to the previous owners, in the way of ownership which can increase assumming performance rights / option requirements are met.
I wouldnt surprised if these are fairly advanced conversations.
In his last interview in london he said we have "a few irons in the fire" and our raise was nothing - possibly in preparation for this one.
we know we have the deposit of a lifetime and we also know that we need two RC rigs and one diamond to get this thing humming.
I truly have an unusual feeling that 2025 is the year and i am hoping so - being here from day 1 has been a hell of a journey!
