I've seen this before.
The 249d group had no knowledge as to how to operate an ASX listed company.
They had no directors (with relevant experience) lined up to run the company.
The 249d was pulled before the EGM.
But the damage was done.
That petty 5% of shareholders no doubt ended up being very happy with themselves.
Because the company collapsed and every single holder lost their money. Purely because of a minority group.
Slow hand clap.
