Regardless of how you vote for resolutions 2 & 3 let me reiterate the importance of voting and the need for resolution 1 to be passed.

ie: 90m X (SP-6c (plus Black & Scholes adjustment)) plus $5m loan, plus incurred interest, plus legals and any other expense PAM can justify.
Regardless of how you vote for resolutions 2 & 3 let me...
