I think they don't want to front the share holders as there maybe some quite difficult questions asked.
They may also fear their own positions being questioned.
So best to hide in the shadows and reword their proposal.
Strange isn't it when these guys are working and being paid by the shareholders asset's.
They can now go away and come up with a better deal?
They should have come to us with the best deal in the first place!
