I may be daft, and I certainly have criticized BBT management in the past, but I do not see this latest announcement as indicating mismanagement.
To my mind, resolution four was there to protect Betr if there was an unexpected fall in BBT's net cash balance. For example, if they had a series of large betting drawdowns leading up to 30 April that resulted in a lower net cash balance than $3.5 million, then Betr would be compensated. As net cash was above that level on April 30, there is no longer any need to vote on that resolution.
