This is rubbish. As ususal this is another total waste of shareholders money. Shareholders have to organise for these meetings. Some have flown from other cities and towns and then this is called off at the last minute again. Would this be happening if the people acting in this way were spending their own money rather than shareholders?? Of course not!
It's just another demonstration that the Board has never and still doesn't give a damn about the interests of shareholders.

Hold the meeting and, for once, give shareholders a say in their own company. Above all stop wasting OUR money trying to stop us having a vote.
