One of my ongoing frustrations about the TOT presentations is very broad language with goals mentioned that do make sense to some degree but seem to have no logical path outlined towards actually happening such as the inclusion in the ASX REIT index.
I've previously questioned at what point a wind up would be the most logical option to realise some of that underlying value for shareholders. This really shouldn't be too hard to pull off considering how few assets we have an may be even more feasible in 12 months time if there is continuing evidence that the office market is starting to improve.
I've also been quite frustrated to see the promotion of webinars for the new 360 private credit vehicle when I've been saying that one needs to happen at TOT with a Q and A session for a couple of years now.
We should have some H1 results coming out over the next few days but I would imagine the presentation looks exactly the same as what was released after the EGM.
