They have just mentioned the countries they are in "advanced" discussions with. This means that those countries are likely to eventuate in the short term as specifically they could say 2018.
I would much rather don't have 168 countries listed and some of them might eventuate after my death. It has to be realistic and the ones that market needs to know about "at this point in time". It by no means mean other companies are off the radar of the company.
