Give up SD. you are talking absolute crap.....The EXU directors have NOT valued the company at 12 cents this is either misleading on your part, or simply ignorance, both combined with sour grapes at not being able to get your own way...
Exu directors have said that they value 10% or so of the company, at this pre production stage at 12 cents.....Whilst holding rest of the company (90%) open to receiving a much higher valuation as and when the funding is aquired, and mining goes ahead Hopefully, everything is a risk and gamble in this industry, but thats why we invest in these kind of companies, we know the risk and hope for the reward..if we accepted RMS measly what (now 10.5 cents) that would be it.... exposed to the rms operation, I used to own RMS I thought quite a good company. Untill they bought EM...I sold out....would much rather have 4 shares in a sole EXU than 1 share in an RMS that owns EXU....however come back at 2.5 for 1 and I might consider ...
My prediction ....presuming RMS dont seriously up their bid...
EXU as a standalone more likely to double its sp over the next 12 months than RMS.
And I dont blame you for wanting RMS to terminate the bid, Be handy to get back control of all those EXU shares you prematurely handed over
