RMS EXU shareholders 20% of approx $100m cash, approx $40m NPAT pa ( on current operations at a PE of 10 = $80m without adding the benefits of Tampia) and an operations team that knows how to mine (based on the last 30 or so Quarterly Reports- enough history I suggest). RMS also has significant resources that history suggests will convert to reserves.
