I am just a minnow EXU holder trying to get the best for myself. I am not against the concept of the T/O and can appreciate the upside from the RMS perspective (and longer term more-so for EXU). Just on the SP reducing, I have noticed that RMS' has done similar with the current SP being 43c (not withstanding the broader market forces). This currently puts the take over offer at 10.75cents, the situation seems less compelling right now for an EXU holder. There is no doubt that the RMS are being very aggressive with regards to this takeover which makes me think they need it in their portfolio (and who wouldn't want to bully themselves a relatively cheap a 7yr mine + expansions). It will be interesting to see how the rhetoric changes in to November.
Good luck, if they just sprinkled a few more cents towards EXU holders I'm sure we'd be walking away.
