To be honest I think EXU has got a pretty good deal from ALK IMO, but I wonder what's in for ALK. It seems like such a strange decision to pay such a high premium for a company located in another part of the country that you are not looking to get a controlling stake.
I guess it's their money and they can do what they want, but I'm scratching my head because ALK doesn't seem all that cashed-up and 8 Millions could have bought something more meaningful to them.
