This battle is far from over.
So all the kicking and screaming by EXU shareholders and the board ("opportunistic", "undervalued") for this? I mean, 12c from RMS is wrong but 12c from ALK is beautiful? Seriously?
The only win-win-win for everyone I can see is if this is in fact a smoke grenade by EXU board to make RMS up their bid and start playing ball.
This is far from over IMO.
