Decision time for RMS Board.
I would.
Pull the offer as is
Make a 13c per share offer for EXU stock on market and announce a 2c divvy for all RMS shareholders registered as at say 15/12/2018.
Get a bit of urgency into getting this done and hopefully with a recommendation from the EXU Board but unlikely imo.
