This is the deal that should have been on the table right from the start. I am of course happy as a EXU shareholder, but I do think there is still plenty of upside for RMS at 15.5c a share. The ground EXU has is very high quality and Mace could really help make EM a cash machine in the medium term. This is a deal where there are a lot of real synergies.
As always , what about those options , instantly in the money ....would be a disaster for RMS if not voted down but should be .
What is the break fee ?
