This will then the allow for Mining Convention to be obtained.
IMO, strategic partners will get serious after the Mining Permit and infrastructure agreements are issued.
Exxaro, if interested in consolidating the area, may show their hand after the Mining Permit and infrastructure agreements are issued also.
The company is working to get the Mining Permit and infrastructure agreements in place in the first half of the year.
I don't think the market is going to re-rate an IO hopeful in Africa until there is a significant catalyst, and the Mining Permit and infrastructure agreements being issued may not even move the needle a great deal.
Just IMO!
