The problem with your statement is the incestuous nature of the relationship between RFM and RFF.
I would not hold this stock. Bonitas owner, Matthew Wiechert, has been spot on with Quintis and Blue Sky. The Ernst and Young report is not an audit and relies on information that was given by RFF management. I wonder which managers that is, since I can see that all 4 board members of RFM are directors of RFF (according to the 2019 end of year financial statements). This is the conflict of interest that Bonitas have outlined as suspicious.
