Do you know what contemporaneous means?
It means not 'existing at or occurring in the same period of time'
The requested documentation didn't exist so the management prepared it for E&Y & later provided it.
You clearly do not know how auditors work or the sort of documents they request.
'documentation' could be just a list of the leases with the tenants name, terms, etc on them.
