So what if the leasee default ??? No skin of the leasor's nose. The leases are usually required to be paid 6 months in advance if It is not paid, it could be very profitable for RFF they could take ownership of crops, pasture, grain, fodder, stock infrastructure on their property and/or lease it to some-one else.
