I think you're confusing the total result and the ex US result. In the Dec 23 report ex US growth was flat, whilst US growth was 65%, which averaged to around 21% growth overall. Here once again sales growth was maintained in the US at 65%, but ex-US was flat.

No deterioration, the flat growth outside the US simply reflects the fact they aren't investing funds outside the US yet. Global has not been a focus for the company so far, they never said they expected strong growth there from the start and have consistently stated that the US will be the driver of growth in the short term. Once they invest in expanding globally there's no reason to assume that global won't grow strong as well. The cap raise should hopefully be key to quickly unlocking the global opportunity, in addition to the massive opportunity in the USA
