Yes I see that but it implies recurring commission i.e. if they sell product to a particular surgeon/clinic, do they just get commission for that 1x sale or all subsequent sales that surgeon/clinic makes 'for ever' ? The devil is in the detail.
Anyway as usual the proof will be in the sales/margin/profit numbers over the next couple of years. For now it is a CR machine, reminds me of the old tubthumping song, but with 'cash raising the night away...' .... I'm sure the SP will get up again .... eventually
