    When we get to vote on 4th April, does anyone know what approval percentage is required to pass ? eg: is it 75% , 100% or other amount ?
    Going by Commsec 30/6 Annual Report the top 20 shareholders held 56.47% of WIC.
    I've checked the Scheme announcement but couldn't see a reference. Maybe we will find out with the Scheme booklet on 4th March.
    Anyone know
