Looks like Kingston VC is led by Zhan Wang which is tied to Gold Brick Capital which recently took a position in ASX: JAT.

Deep web here.. I spent a few hours trying to put some pieces together but don't have any more time to spare right now.
On the surface this looks good, Zhang owns 500+ stores in mainland China and the Pacific Healthy ANZ business is geared towards Chinese living in Australia.
Hmmm JAT + EZZ merger or acquisition maybe in the future? The two would compliment each other...
Anyway, bit pressed on time so could not dig any more but I think this is a positive for EZZ.
