Not sure I agree. Dilution is low with less than $1m raised. The entity has distributors in their portfolio and they say they are arranging a distribution agreement focusing on new geographies... It seems more strategic than a raise to random fund manager.
The HIC contract was minimum $16m rev per annum I think. So let's see what Kingscote can bring on.
