Yes the debt to equity ratio is about 160% which is higher than I am normally comfortable with. Having said this the cashflow of the business is high enough and payout ratio is low enough to knock that down to more comfortable levels fairly quickly and grow the interest cover ratio. It's also pretty common practice for parent companies to saddle spin offs with higher levels of debt.
