EDV is holding up well today in a strongly falling market.
The hotels might still have a rocky road ahead with new covid strains helping to restrain customers as well as making staffing difficult.
It will be interesting to see where the investment for growth is going to be directed. The opportunity must be good for investment in Nightcap hotel rooms along the Queensland coast as well as WA, NT and country Victoria. The opportunity is also there to manage apartments in the Mantra vein if interest rate rises lead to lower real estate prices.
