I wasn't overly worried about gaming machine regulations, will have a very minor impact.

The government has to be seen to be doing something, same with the rental crisis, they talk lots but in the end not much changes.

My issue was the debt, it is high and growing. The interest will also be growing eating into profits.

Hotels did grow by 35.9% if this slows due to any gaming issues or just the general economic environment the profit could fall.

On a P/E of 20 its probably a little expensive.

I would have liked the company to start paying down the debt, the excuse of that it was just inventory build could be correct, we will only find out in 6 months time though.
