Australia has about 20.8 million residents who are aged 18 and over.
EDV's My Dan's loyalty program increased its membership by a massive 15.6 per cent to 5.2 million, or 25 per cent of the adult population.
Given alcohol is discretionary expenditure and some groups in society claim they don't touch beer, wine or spirits, to have a quarter of the population enrolled is outstanding. The 'scan rate' of 78 per cent is also very high, although we don't know how many just engage with My Dan's once a year.
