im sure that many people living from pay check to pay check wouldnt have fixed there home loans at the lowest rate this would have consumed time and effort.
The 2% fixed rate holders are people living in Sydney and Melbourne living way above there means but the banks said just fixed it and don't stress your young.
I live in a rural town a house is 300 to 500k
6% rates means bugger all
We still need our beer and pub grub
We also have no vacancies at any edv resorts in the area full of construction works and others that are happy to spend there food allowances and a bit more.
i ve also notice the competition is gone your just lucky to get a room and a feed half the time.
long term hold they will monopolies our pubs and smaller hotel/motels.
im sure that many people living from pay check to pay check...
