Really appalling how much low hanging fruit there is with Dan's IMO. They really haven't got a strategy based on having the broadest range, after decades. And that is because management are distracted. Really there should be a proper Dan's club that appeals to sophisticated drinkers, and harnesses their opinions properly. A little facebook like thing with an optional profile, and an explanation of what the drinker likes. You find drinkers with similar tastes to your own etc. Then we get to customers having input into what is bought, and being happy to be informed about a new drop they might like. etc etc. Expand the moat, then go OS when the formula is right.

Bought the dip for a hopeful trade. Some cost out plans and plans to do some things with the property sound OK to me.

Agree with you, they need to just stick to Dan Murphy and get rids of other brands, everyone know Dans is cheap, hotel and pokie business are not my cup of tea would buy Dan Murphy if they spins it off
