I paid $17 for a pint of stout in a pub yesterday. How does anyone afford to go out? Brewers are going bust left and right. It’s difficult to fathom how pubs will survive if the economy takes a turn for the worse. But I guess at home consumption will go up (offset by the youngens turning away from booze in general)?
