If Rafael in the Gulf of Mexico a fortnight ago had impacted the progress to completion I would’ve expected to hear about it by way of a market update. Other oilers announced employee evacuations or temporary pauses - only affecting roughly 20% of O&G operations in the Gulf - but nothing forthcoming from Byron or Otto. So I’m (maybe foolishly!) assuming things are still on-track and an update here is imminent. Its been near 3 weeks now.
