yeah someone with 15m shares wanted to sell and someone who wanted 15m shares wanted to buy, so instead of letting them sell on market and push the price down, a broker found an another insto client and crossed them. Very bullish, it would of been someone from the raise getting out using the FAA announcement as a catalyst for someone knew to come into the story.
