I can't imagine AKP shipping chips out to clients without some sort of deposit at a minimum.. It's up to the client to get it into their products as fast as possible. You'd think there would be some behind the scenes future partners that will be ready to move over at warp speed surely. No point producing 50 million chips a year and then sit there twiddling your thumbs hoping someone wants to buy/use them.

maybe I'm being naive, but I would think the second the chips are off the line they'll be in a client's hands.
