Tower's total revenue for the last 3 years has been around the $1.3b mark - with a profit each year of around $300m - they aren'g growing.

They aren't one of the bigger semi conductor producers - TSMC was the biggest (I think) and closer to $360b in revenue.

AKP will be targeting the entire consumer electronics market, much of that market is in China and/or produced in China - so they are going after a very big pie.

I don't know if this news makes much of a difference to AKP myself, interested if others have a different view.

Great to see the confirmation of the EM/Sequoia deal via their annual report - absolutely massive IMO.
