    Actually, it looks like Earth Mountain is just doing the packaging - Presumably the MEMS production will be by TowerJazz?

    EM website talks about building the factory now, initial production (not necessarily automated) 2nd quarter 2022.
    Doesn't it take years to build a MEMS factory?
